At Advantage Energy Solutions, we combine the commercial awareness developed within utilities post privatisation with traditional engineering and project management skills, accumulated over many years in the utility business. Our recent projects have included advice on restructuring options for the power sector in South Africa, evaluation of the least cost expansion plan and the potential for IPP projects in Sri Lanka, a review of the economics of a hydro electric power plant in Mozambique, a critical review of electricity market proposals for Ireland, due diligence for a potential buyer of a distribution business in Lithuania, strategic advice to an IPP project in Greece, and price forecasting for the NETA market. |

Advantage Energy Solutions operates an effective Support and Maintenance service, managed by a dedicated Manager with the sole responsibility of providing high levels of post-implementation system support. There are three levels of system support offered to clients, thereby enabling a choice of service to suit the budget and needs of each customer. From Gold level support, offering monthly progress reports, quarterly service reviews, twice-yearly health checks and a defined Service Level Agreement, to Bronze support which provides for yearly reviews and fault fixes without service thresholds. Advantage Energy Solutions also offers a full 24*7 support service should this be required by clients on the Gold service. This service provides security to clients running business critical solutions that, should a fault arise out of business hours, an experienced developer will be on hand to resolve the issue. |
